GLASS PAINTING

It is possible to paint the glass with ceramic paints that are fixed on the glass at high temperatures. Depending on the application, paint can be applied in powder, various granules, with a brush or mixed with different media, which produces different effects.

One can use colors that are transparent or opalescent so as to achieve the desired effects. In order to produce a high-quality image on glass, a high heat treatment is required, which will conjoin the colors and the substrate.

After the thermal treatment of the glass is completed, it is possible to repeat the process and finish off the glass with a new layer of ceramic colors, which increases the quality of expression and raises the value of the individual piece of glass.
